🇺🇸US orders

Shipped from our US warehouse. Standard delivery 3 to 7 business days. Express options available at checkout.

🌍International orders

Shipped from our EU warehouse. Delivery typically 5 to 12 business days depending on destination and local customs.

📦When will I get my tracking number?

Your tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched, usually within 1 business day of placing your order.

🕑Tracking not updating?

It can take 24 to 48 hours for tracking to show movement after dispatch. If nothing has changed after 3 days, please get in touch.

Common questions

I have not received a tracking number ▼

Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us with your order number and we will look into it straight away.

My order is showing as delivered but I have not received it ▼

Check with neighbours and any safe spots the courier may have used. If it still cannot be found, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

My order has been stuck in transit for several days ▼

International shipments can occasionally be held at customs. This is normal and usually resolves within a few days. If your order has not moved for more than 7 days, please contact us and we will follow up with the carrier.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering? ▼

If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us immediately and we will do our best to update the address. Once dispatched, we are unable to redirect parcels but can advise on next steps.

Will I be charged customs or import duties? ▼

For orders within the EU or to the US from our respective warehouses, no additional duties apply in most cases. For other international destinations, local customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
